തിരുവനന്തപുരം: പ്രായപൂര്ത്തിയാകാത്ത പെണ്കുട്ടിയെ വീട്ടില് കയറി ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ച കേസില് 18കാരനെ തിരുവല്ലം പൊലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. പൂവച്ചല് പേഴുമൂട്, പുത്തന്പള്ളി റോഡരികത്തുവീട്ടില് മുഹമ്മദ് നാഥറിനെയാണ് തിരുവല്ലം പൊലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്.
ഇന്സ്റ്റഗ്രാമില് റിക്വസ്റ്റ് അയച്ചാണ് യുവാവ് പ്രായപൂര്ത്തിയാകാത്ത പെണ്കുട്ടിയെ പരിചയപ്പെട്ടത്. പിന്നെ നിരന്തരം ചാറ്റ് ചെയ്തും കോളുകളിലൂടെയും പെണ്കുട്ടിയുമായി ബന്ധം പൂലര്ത്തി. ആ സൗഹൃദം മുതലെടുത്താണ് യുവാവ് പെണ്കുട്ടിയുടെ വീട്ടില് അതിക്രമിച്ചു കയറി ലൈംഗിക പീഡനത്തിന് ഇരയാക്കിയത്. പ്രതിയെ കോടതിയില് ഹാജരാക്കി റിമാന്ഡ് ചെയ്തു.
Thiruvalam police arrested 18-year-old Muhammed Nathar for allegedly trespassing into a house and sexually assaulting a minor girl. The accused, a resident of Poovachal, was apprehended following a complaint filed by the victim’s parents. Police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and other relevant sections. Nathar was tracked using mobile location data and has been remanded to judicial custody. Further investigation is underway to determine if the accused had any criminal background or accomplices.
