കോഴിക്കോട്: മലപ്പുറം കോട്ടക്കൽ വെച്ചുണ്ടായ വാഹനാപകടത്തിൽ ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ് ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന യുവാവ് മരിച്ചു. മാവൂർ കുറ്റിക്കടവ് വളയന്നൂർ സ്വദേശിയായ വടക്കേടത്ത് മിർഷാദ് (22)ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.കഴിഞ്ഞ ശനിയാഴ്ച കോട്ടക്കൽ വച്ചാണ് അപകടം സംഭവിച്ചത്. മിർഷാദ് സഞ്ചരിച്ച വാഹനം മറ്റൊരു വാഹനവുമായി കൂട്ടിയിടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ മിർഷാദിനെ ഉടൻതന്നെ കോട്ടക്കുള്ള സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുകയായിരുന്നു.ചികിത്സയിലിരിക്കെ് ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച രാവിലെയാണ് മരണം സംഭവിച്ചത്.
