കാസർകോട്: ചന്തേര പൊലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ പരിധിയിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന പതിനാറുകാരിയെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചതായി പരാതി. സംഭവത്തിൽ പതിനഞ്ചുകാരൻ ഉൾപ്പെെട 5 പേർക്കെതിരെ ചന്തേര പൊലീസ് കേസ് റജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു. ഇവരിൽ രണ്ടുപേരെ പൊലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ എടുത്തു.
കോഴിക്കടയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരനായ വയക്കര പോത്താംകണ്ടത്തെ നൗഷാദ്, തൃക്കരിപ്പൂരിലെ ഫയാസ് എന്നിവരാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. ഇവരെ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരാക്കും. തൃക്കരിപ്പൂരിലെ റാഷിദ്, ഉദിനൂർ സ്വദേശിയായ പതിനഞ്ചുകാരൻ, പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ സഹോദരീഭർത്താവായ നാൽപ്പത്തിയഞ്ചുകാരൻ എന്നിവരാണ് കേസിലെ മറ്റു പ്രതികൾ. സഹോദരീഭർത്താവ് രണ്ടുമാസം മുൻപ് അസുഖ ബാധിതനായി മരിച്ചു. ഒരു വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വിവിധ സമയങ്ങളിൽ പീഡനത്തിരയായതായാണ് പരാതി.
15 വയസുകാരനായ വിദ്യാർഥിയെയും ആംബുലൻസ് ഡ്രൈവറായ റഷീദിനെയുമാണ് ഇനി പിടികൂടാനുള്ളത്. റഷീദ് രണ്ടാഴ്ച മുൻപ് ഗൾഫിലേക്ക് കടന്നു. പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ വീട്ടിൽ കോഴിയിറച്ചി എത്തിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്ന നൗഷാദ് കുട്ടിയെ പീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് വീട്ടുകാർ കണ്ടതോടെയാണ് വിവരം പുറത്തറിഞ്ഞത്. തുടർന്ന് ചൈൽഡ് ലൈൻ അധികൃതർ എത്തി പെൺകുട്ടിയെ കൗൺസിലിങ്ങിന് വിധേയയാക്കിയപ്പോഴാണ് ഒന്നിലേറെപ്പേർ പീഡിപ്പിച്ച വിവരം കുട്ടി പറഞ്ഞത്. സംഭവത്തിൽ വിശദ അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചതായി ചന്തേര പൊലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു.
The Chandera Police in Kasaragod have registered a case against five individuals, including a minor, for the repeated sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl over the past year. Two suspects, Naushad and Fayaz, have been taken into custody. The victim’s brother-in-law, who is also an accused, passed away two months ago due to illness. Another suspect, Rashid, an ambulance driver, reportedly fled to the Gulf recently. The abuse came to light when family members caught Naushad, a local poultry shop employee, misbehaving with the girl. During counseling by Childline officials, the victim revealed the involvement of multiple perpetrators. Police are continuing their investigation to apprehend the remaining suspects.
