പുതുക്കിയ വിജ്ഞാപനമനുസരിച്ച് ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധി 22 ആയി ഉയർത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. 2005 ജനുവരി ഒന്നിനും 2009 ജൂലായ് ഒന്നിനുമിടയിൽ (രണ്ട് തീയതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ജനിച്ച അവിവാഹിതരായ ഇന്ത്യൻ പുരുഷന്മാർക്കും സ്ത്രീകൾക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.
